1. SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS
At HeyiU, we want to make your shopping experience as simple and transparent as possible. That’s why we offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

No hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.

All items are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Currently, we only offer Standard Free Shipping across the United States. Expedited or international shipping options are not available at this time.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Estimated delivery time: 2 – 15 business days, depending on your location within the U.S.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Delivery times may vary during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your package is on its way.
Please Note: These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Domestic Shipping:
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported (standard shipping only)
- P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and select European countries
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method
- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes

4. ORDER TRACKING
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped
- You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on our website
- For standard shipping, tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent
- If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team
5. SHIPPING ISSUES
Lost Packages:
- If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before the actual delivery
- After 24 hours, please check with neighbors and at any alternate delivery locations
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the indicated delivery date
Damaged Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged items
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and order information
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate
Incorrect or Missing Items:
- If you received incorrect items or your order is missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
- Please have your order number ready when you contact us
