Return and Exchange Policy
At HeyiU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth experience.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
30-Day Return Period:
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included with the return
Non-Returnable Items:
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Sale Items: Standard return policy applies to sale items unless specifically marked as “Final Sale.”
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website and go to “Order History”
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click “Return Items” and follow the prompts to complete the return request
- Print the return shipping label (if applicable) and return form
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging with the return form
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

Return Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received. Once your return is processed, you will receive another email confirming the completion of your return and any refund information.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping Costs:
- A return shipping fee of $6.49 will be deducted from your refund for standard returns
- Return shipping is free for exchanges
- If the return is due to a HeyiU error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will provide a free return shipping label and issue a full refund
Return Packaging:
- Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
- All returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Include the return form provided with your original order or printed from your online return request
Important: HeyiU is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment.
4. REFUNDS
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- The return shipping fee of $6.49 will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a HeyiU error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a HeyiU error
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing
- Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Gift card refunds will be issued as store credit or a new gift card
Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts that prevent us from reselling the item as new.
5. EXCHANGES
Exchange Process:
- Exchanges are available for items in different sizes or colors (subject to availability)
- To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns but select “Exchange” instead of “Return”
- Specify the desired replacement item (size, color, etc.) in your exchange request
- If the desired exchange item is more expensive than the original purchase, you will need to pay the price difference
- If the exchange item is less expensive, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
Exchange Availability:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund
- We will ship your exchange item as soon as we receive and process your return
Exchange Shipping: Standard shipping is free for exchange orders within the United States.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Include photos of the defect or damage when possible
- We will provide instructions for returning the item
For Defective or Damaged Items:
- We will provide a free return shipping label
- You will receive a full refund including any shipping charges
- Alternatively, we can arrange a replacement if the item is still available
Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If a manufacturing defect appears after the standard return period but within 90 days of purchase, please contact our customer service team.
