Refund and Returns Policy

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Heyiu

At Heyiu, we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products in accordance with the terms below.


1️⃣ Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for new products only.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In original condition with all tags and packaging included


2️⃣ How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Log in to your Heyiu account

  2. Go to Order History

  3. Select the order and click Return / Exchange

  4. Complete the request form

  5. Print your return instructions and ship the package by mail

If you checked out as a guest, please contact support@heyiu.com.


3️⃣ Return Method & Fees

  • Return method: By mail

  • Return label: Customer responsibility

  • Restocking fee: No cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Heyiu error (wrong or defective item).

Heyiu is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


4️⃣ Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


5️⃣ Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible products.

  • Please select Exchange when submitting your request.

  • Exchange availability depends on stock.


6️⃣ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos

We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
